B & D Services, Inc. is looking for Direct Support Professionals! We work with people of all ages and with a variety of disabilities and needs.

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) support people with disabilities and elderly in their homes and our community. DSPs provide services and support to help people gain independence and live a higher quality of life. Common supports provided include achieving individual goals, daily living skills, appointments, social and leisure activities, personal safety, health and wellness, and building community connections.

Many scheduling options are available. We provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shifts vary from one hour to twenty-four hours, including overnight and weekend options, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. Previous DSP experience is preferred but not required. On-the-job training and mentoring is provided.

We provide services in Buchanan and surrounding counties. B & D Services offers a weekend shift differential. Starting wage is $15.00 per hour, increasing based on experience.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, driver’s license, vehicle, vehicle insurance, and a phone. B&D Services offers a flexible schedule, PTO, and training opportunities.
