R.A.S.H. Ride

23rd Annual R.A.S.H. Ride | June 20th 9AM – 6PM

“We will supply the rash, the cream is optional.”

Join us for a fun-filled party bike ride benefiting the Four Seasons Trails Association. Ride at your own pace through Buchanan County while enjoying the small-town bar scene along the way.

With Independence serving as an overnight stop on this year’s RAGBRAI route, riders will even get an early taste of part of the official route during R.A.S.H. Ride!

Cost: $20 per rider

Ride Route & Stops

• Start: Crowbar — Departing at 9:00 AM
• Head north on 2nd Ave NE to Pat’s Tavern
• Continue north to 12th St NE, cross 5th Ave, then continue on 12th St NE
• Turn left at 8th Ave NE, then right on 14th St NE
• Continue straight out of town to Nathan Bethel Ave
• Right on Nathan Bethel Ave to 220th Street, then head east to Winthrop
• In Winthrop, turn left on 6th St S, then right on W Madison St to Sparky’s Place
• Leave Winthrop the same way you entered and head west on 220th Street
• Turn south on Racine Ave into Quasqueton for stops at:
  • Wolfey’s Wapsi Outback
  • Eddy’s
• Head north on N Water Street, veer left to continue on N Water Street back to 220th Street
• Return to Independence for stops at:
  • 319 Social House
  • The Sanity Room
• Finish: Allerton Brewing Company
