Randy Mumm

Randy a 1982 graduate of Independence High School, brought a Scooter’s Coffee franchise to his hometown. This location was his 4th store open when building and now currently owns 13 stores throughout the Midwest Region. His favorite drink is our Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam and favorite food is our Maple Waffle Sandwich.

Why she chose Scooter’s Coffee? Wanted a change from the Healthcare industry.
Her favorite drink is our Chia with Caramel and favorite food is our Sausage Burrito.
She loves working at Scooter’s Coffee because it is fun and keeps her busy. “Her team is her second family”

Scooter’s Coffee History and where the story began…
In 1998, Scooter’s Coffee was born. Co-founders Don and Linda Eckles began an amazing journey when they opened their first drive-thru coffeehouse in Bellevue, Nebraska. Their keys to success: find a great location and stay committed to high-quality drinks, speed of service, and a BIG smile. Scooter’s Coffee is fortunate to have over two decades of success due to its commitment to the original business principles and company core values(Integrity, Love, Humility, Courage).
